More performance for demanding automation tasks
KEB's portfolio in the field of industrial PCs is broad. For demanding automation tasks, different powerful IPCs are available. These include the fanless C6 P33 and C6 P34 systems, which impress with their high performance.
As a synchronous real-time controller with EtherCAT Master and hardware adapted to the runtime environment, the C6 P33 is designed for automation applications. With the "All-in-One" motherboard, it offers functional features with three Ethernet interfaces and two USB 3.0 interfaces.
For more performance the currently most powerful IPC series C6 P34 is available from KEB. It was specially developed for industrial applications in (motion) control and visualization. The control cycle times for the operation of 50 motion axes, for example, are ≤ 250 microseconds. In addition to the EtherCAT fieldbus interface (master), the "All-in-One" motherboard provides further Ethernet, serial RS232 and USB interfaces. Additional optional fieldbus interfaces (Dual CAN Master/Slave, Profinet Slave, Ethernet/IP Slave, EtherCAT Slave) enable the connection to higher-level controllers and thus open up further application possibilities. The number of interfaces mentioned depends on the design and slots. The C6 P34 can be selected as Book Mount, Box or Panel PC.
Thanks to a smart memory concept, the C6 P33 and P34 IPCs allow maximum flexibility in the application. Depending on customer requirements, the memory can be expanded via a CFast slot. It is freely usable and exchangeable as project memory. The concept is completed by a micro UPS, which is integrated for or security of retain data.
In combination with the corresponding software, the pure IPC hardware becomes a powerful complete system. Associated system tools simplify their use. The extensive features of the programming environment also support the user when using the control system.
To round off, the remote maintenance functionality COMBIVIS connect from KEB can also be integrated as an option. Thus a worldwide access down to the drive level is possible.
