With the menu-driven Commissioning Wizard for the T6 APD the user can resolve his own drive tasks including interface definition for the primary vehicle control (EVCU). Specific customer system data can be loaded in the drive system via the diagnostics interface, and/or monitored with this.
With the COMBIVIS virtually all motor types and designs can be optimized and monitored for the T6 APD high-voltage power inverter:
- Automatic calibration routines for a wide range of motor types
- Motor database - extendable to own-drive options as well
- 8-channel scope for short or long-term logging (Figure)
- Differentiated error history, with clear description of errors and much more
Using COMBIVIS studio 6 a wide range of control tasks can be handled in T6 APD by the MCU. Functions such as energy management, DC loading of torque controls relating to external processes and many other tasks can easily be implemented with this too. A wide range of KEB function blocks is available to the user in a freely available KEB library. If required, IO-handling can easily be linked up with the KEB COMBIVIS studio 6 program, for example via the second freely configurable CAN interface
